For over 5 years, the Las Vegas Chapters of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority have supported Safe Nest in times of need. Safe Nest assists families to break the cycle of domestic violence by offering confidential shelter, court advocacy and counseling. Financial support makes it possible to assist these families through the most difficult times of their lives. Eta Chi Sigma Alumnae Chapter and Nu Eta Chapter in partnership with the Student Council at Green Valley High School collected over 3,000 food items to include 15 turkeys to help support and fill their food bank with much needed items. We are very proud of our success in this endeavor and thankful for our partnerships in the community.
